With the lighting textures from the 'hdri vol.1', 'hdri vol.2' and 'hdri vol.3' (HDRI = High Dynamic Range Image) you can solve the most complex lighting tasks in a jiffy: realistic soft shadows and perfect reflections without setting and adjusting of any lighting sources (image based lighting).
You can easily change the lighting atmosphere of a whole scene; you just have to load another lighting texture.
You don't need entire scenes around only one object to get natural reflections and you don't need a vast amount of lighting sources to get realistic specularity and shadows. Instead use the reality for lighting.
